ghast balloon in the nether

Hello, here are my 2 ideas, the possibility of a ghast jockey in the nether, just like we have in Minecraft the movie, an aggressive ghast, which would carry a boat of Crimson Planks, with one or two Piglins with crossbows, this mob would only attack if you don't use gold items or attack other Piglins, it could spawn in bastions, and is rarely seen in the rest of the nether. In addition, a new type of lasso made with chains would be cool, it would be a more resistant lasso, with a chain texture, also similar to the Minecraft movie, it wouldn't be cuttable with chains, and could be pulled from a greater distance.
