Change to Leaded mounts

In situations where a mount is the secondary entity in a Lead chain, control from the player should be relinquished.

What I mean is, when a Boat/Horse/etc is Leaded to another mob, the player should be unable to control the mount. This means the mount can be dragged along by the leader.

Obviously in situations where a mob is attached to a Boat/Horse via lead, this shouldn't be the case.

    I agree. Especially in the case of the happy ghasts and players in boats
