Summer Drop/Snapshot 25w16a/Leads

Mojang, please allow us to place leads between two fence posts. 
With all the lead updates in Snapshot 25w16a, it would be a great fit.

    i was just about to write the same suggestion

     

    please let us attach a lead to a fence post as starting point

    imagine the fun we could have, making rope fences as decoration, fake electric wires between houses...

    or even! attach a fence to a boat to a fence to make a floating platform, heck, we could chain the boats between two fence posts to make a full on rope bridge!
