Resource pack profiles/loadouts

This feature would allow the player (not the resource pack creator) to create profiles or loadouts which have multiple resource packs.

This way you could unload or load multiple global resource packs with a click of a button, instead of manually having to remove all of them one by one. There should be also a vanilla profile as well, so that players can unload all of their resource packs at once.
