Launcher add-ons/mods/extencions

make the launcher capable of installing community-made extensions/mods/add-ons to provide more vanilla+ features outside the game, including the possibility of creating a tool to manage game mods without needing a third-party launcher and without sacrificing the original vanilla look and features of the official Minecraft launcher.
