Duplicable saddles and name tags (like armor trims)

Even after so many versions since their introduction, saddles and name tags still can't be crafted, which gets weirder considering the new ghast harness is craftable. The next best thing is to make them duplicable.

This would work similarly to how armor trims can be duplicated in a crafting table, so for example:

• A saddle could be duplicated with another saddle, leather and iron
• A name tag could be duplicated with another name tag, string and paper

This would make it so you still need to find one of each item, but you don't need to do it every time (besides trading).

  It should be harder to duplicate, but they should still be duplicatable (is that a word?). Maybe add something rarer to the crafting recipe, like armadillo scutes in the saddle recipe.
