Having an Optition to switch between Old UI and Ore UI

I wish that Minecraft Bedrock Edition can have a setting optition in thee Acceessibility were you can switch between The Leagcy Bedrock UI and the New Ore UI and that with the Leagcy Bedrock UI can be changed using texture packs, I dont really like that we are all forced to use the Ore UI and I wish there was an Optition to go back to the Leagcy Bedrock UI

Yeah, my fingers accidentallly touch some buttons in New UI, and don't looks like Minecraft and another UIs, especially in Start Screen and Inventory. Too is so lag
