Unlike their dehydrated form Happy Ghasts do not have fire immunity, and can die in lava or fire, because they've been rehydrated and seemingly now lack the resistance they've build up to that point.
However instead of lava or fire killing the ghast it should instead begin a "mob conversion". Happy Ghasts that spend too much time in lava, or being set on fire, will dehydrate. Converting them back into a regular ghast.
This should be more generous then the zombie in water conversion however. For Happy Ghasts it'll take 2 minutes in lava or being set on fire to convert, while zombies set in water only take 30 seconds to being the conversion process.
The conversion happens regardless of being rode around or wearing a harness. If converted then the harness would drop as an item, and maybe the Ghasts could also be "stood on" to prevent players falling through them after the conversion.
This has 2 main functions.
Its a player incentive to not bring your freshly hydrated ghast back to the nether or you might have all your work undone (The nether itself does not start the conversion, only direct contact with lava or being set on fire for too long)
It also makes happy Ghasts fit more in line with regular Ghasts and their lore. Now they would both be convertible to each other, making their connection stronger.
