Let bubble columns move happy ghasts with players on them

Ghasts, both happy and grumpy, are affected by bubble columns already – with one exception: Happy ghasts completely stop changing vertical position while they have a player standing on them.

This seems needlessly specific, since they can still be moved around by pistons in that state. Also, they are still affected by bubble columns while players are *sitting* on the happy ghast.

One funny application of this improvement would be a "ghast elevator" – literally a smiling, purring cube that happily helps players up or down between levels of a build somewhat automatically.

    I also tried to make an elevator with the happy ghast.

    To hide the bubble column, I tied the ghast to a skellyhorse in a bubble column using a lead.

    But it only works if the player isn't standing on or riding the ghast.
