Titlte shaking/sizing like in the CraftMine update

Hello! As a developer and a Minecraft in game content creator, it would be awesome if we could have the possibility to modify the scale of a text object and have the possiibity to make it shake when displayed in a title (classic or action bar & stuff) like we saw in the CraftMine update last week!
