Vibrant Visuals / Washed Out Sparkle World

I understand we're in beta for Vibrant Visuals, but the level at which the world is "washed out" and the amount of sparkle on everything is concerning. In still screenshots, it looks great. In practice, out in the wild, in the world... it's quite disappointing. 

Water feels less beautiful and excessively repetitive and shiny. Landscapes feel washed out by sunlight. Vibrancy is about color and I feel like I am getting a whole lot less here. Everything feels washed out and monotone.
