Record Holder/Disk storage

Create a block similar to the ‘Chiseled Bookshelf’ that holds the Record Discs inside. This could be done by allowing discs to be placed inside of the ‘chiseled bookshelf’ by themselves OR creating a separate shelf-like block which holds them up.
