Keep the April Fools level bar in the launcher

I really like the idea of the level bar in the launcher and I'm sure a lot of other people do too. I think we should keep the bar in the launcher, as it is very fun to play with if you're bored. I think that at a certain level we could get a cape, similar to the way you get a launcher cape if you reach level 9001.

  you dont get a cape in the april fools update
