TORCH GLOW

Now that we have the amazing vibrant visuals coming to Minecraft along with their superior light pollution effects, and now that the world is a bit more darker than before it might be good to have torch light up the area around the player when it is held in the players hand lighting up the way without the need of placing it down to get the lighting effects.
