Happy Ghast should eat snow layers.

Getting rid of snow layers is tedious by hand and clutters your inventory with snowballs by shovel, therefore I believe the happy ghast should be able to eat snow layers of the ground.

This would help with bases in snowy biomes as roads, roofs, paths, etc often become covered by snow and the other options to get rid of it are tedious.
