Permanent Dried Ghast Stages

When placed in water, the Dried Ghast cycles through 3 other textures before becoming a Ghastling. For builders wanting to use the Dried Ghast as a decoration, I believe having the option for it to remain at certain levels would be appreciated.

Maybe this could be achieved by splashing the original Dried Ghast with 1 to 3 Awkward Potions, preventing them from becoming Ghastlings, but allowing them to permanently be in certain states permanently.

  I also really like the idea of permanent stages because I was just messing around the area where I had it hydrating and I accidently broke it in the last stage :( Having permanent stages would help to not reset the hydration process incase anything happens too
