Sleep without a respawn point

What if it wasn't even a block, but a mob. And although it sounds weird, we could sleep on the sniffer, but the respawn point wouldn't be set, but in the Nether and the End you can't do that, but there won't be an explosion. That would make the sniffer a little more useful.

Why Sniffer? Sniffer has soft fur visible on its back due to its texture, making it visually suitable for temporary resting.

  Problem is that they're really slow and (in my experience) like to wander off so I'd suggest maybe a sleeping bag or smth

  I like the idea of the sniffer. The sniffer could go to sleep too so it doesn't walk away while you sleep on its back.
