Edit World when multiplayer is disabled

Please for the love of my sanity make it so we can change a non-realm world from multiplayer to a solo one if we dont have an xbox subscription. I have mutliple long time worlds that I almost never played multiplayer, but count as multiplayer and cant access anymore. I cant even edit the world to be solo which should have been a feature in the first place. Until then I wont be playing minecraft.
