Realm download and upload size limit

For long term survival players the realms service is very important because it gives us the automatic and frequent back ups but if your world size goes past 4gb you cant download any back ups which means if your world corrupts its just gone. We either need a way to delete old chunks of our realm (without the need of third party software since console players dont have access to them) or we need a big increase from that 4gb cap.
