Country Capes in Minecraft

So here's the idea: everyone gets 197 free capes; 195 are country flag capes, one is a pride cape, and one is a progress cape (because LGBTQIA+ism), and all of the countries of the world have their flag as a cape. The idea is to help celebrate the countries of the world while also helping kids and adults alike to learn the flags of different countries from around the world. Plus, its not even that hard. Also, this should be available for everyone on both Bedrock and Java. One example of this could be that on Independence Day for the USA, everyone who lives there could run around wearing an American flag cape to help celebrate the holiday. The same could go for every other country who has an Independence Day.
