Customizable or Purchasable capes on bedrock

If we won't get custom capes, please at least let us purchase them. Sometimes people miss out on events or actions, that shouldn't restrict us entirely from access to cosmetics and customization. It could be where capes are free for events but behind a paywall if you miss it. That seems a lot more fair than "It's gone forever and nothing can be done about it."
