Even more flat world customisation!

Similar to Legacy Console Edition, players in Bedrock Edition should be able to change the layers of the world as they see fit, matching similar requirements to LCE. A world of TNT? No problem. As well as this, players could choose biome(s) their flat world has and also what structures spawn.
