Game bugs and glitches blocks and character movement

Blocks will go missing when placed and won't return to inventory, my character will glitch through walls, floors causing deaths and will send me completely on the other side of the world please as a long term bedrock player I requested these definitely need to be fixed please I been playing this world for a minimum of 4years please fix.
