Replace crystal with amethyst to create the ghast harness

This adds a little more use to the amethyst.
it also means that before players can use a flying pet they will have to find amethyst, i.e. a whole process and exploration to get a great reward.

pd: it also coincides with the recipe for the creation of the spyglass.
