In reference to how we will receive teh dried Ghast I think it is a bit "lame" to just pickaxe the dried Ghast. In my opinion a brush as dedicated tool would fit much better. My favorite would be to need to place a water filled cauldron below and then to use a brush on the dried Ghast, to let the item drop.
