There are several dolphin variants, one in each ocean biome, as well as river dolphins, to diversify sea life in Minecraft. For example, pink dolphins spawn in jungle rivers, arctic dolphins spawn in cold biomes, and temperate dolphins spawn in lukewarm oceans.
