As 4 players are able to ride the Happy Ghasts, this presents a new opportunity for a ranged weapon to be added! If it's already been decided that Happy Ghasts won't shoot fireballs themselves, then a new ranged weapon (primitive fireball cannon, ballista, or harpoon/spear) would be a great compromise. To be clear, I am not suggesting a gun be added. This weapon would only be usable when seated on the ghast, and would only be used if incorporated into the Harness recipe or by right clicking a harnessed Happy Ghast with the new item. This would enrich multiplayer combat, providing a new way to enjoy combat in naval-inspired air battles. The effect of the weapon wouldn't kill other Happy Ghasts, but would "pop" them, causing them to fall down dramatically and would have to be cured by feeding snowballs or repairing the harness, allowing them to fly again. I think this feature would please both players who wish to use the Happy Ghasts to build, and those who are less interested in building, still being able to get the most out of this new, promising feature.
