Fix Happy Ghast Texture

Both the happy ghast and it's harness have a much more pixel-dense and detailed texture than the regular ghast, as well as other mobs. Looking at the happy ghast compared to the regular ghast, you can see how many more pixels are on the happy ghast, and it stands out in a weird way that it shouldn't!

The fix would be to re-do the texture, but using bigger pixels, like the ghast. This way, the happy ghast would fit in with the style of Minecraft.

  Yes, why change the existing ghast texture? New mobs should match the existing mob design instead of changing the old ones to match the new stuff.
