Ghast Spawn Rates

Due to the ‘Dried Ghast’ which will be releasing in an upcoming drop this year, it might be a good opportunity to decrease the Ghast spawn rates slightly. If the Ghast are drying up, it would make sense to do this as there *should* be less Ghasts shooting stuff at me. Especially in the soil sand valley since that will be where the dried ghasts will appear.
