Using Leads on Ghasts!

Now that our new friend, the happy ghast, has been announced, I think it would only be fair to be able to use a lead and keep them put between rides! This would prevent them from floating away!

    Actually, Mojang confirmed that as a passive mob, happy Ghasts can be put on leads.
