Breezes spawn in Peaks biomes

It’s waaaaay too easy to get a ton of iron, coal, and even emeralds if you live close to a Peaks biome, particularly a Stony Peaks. Face it, the goats don’t cut it. We should have Breezes spawn at night in these biomes outside of Trial Chambers to make navigating these OP biomes more difficult. Additionally, these naturally spawned Breezes would drop less Rods than a Chambers Breeze.
