Make eye blossoms lock states when placed in flower pots

Eye blossoms should not open and close if they are planted in flower pots. A lot of players like to make displays of all plantable plant items or use them in builds, and having eye blossoms change states while in flower pots prevents both variants from being displayed together. No other flower pot compatible plants change states like that. Displaying eye blossoms on dirt or moss would obviously let them change as normal.
