Obtainable and customizable end gateways in Bedrock editoon

Allow operators to obtain end gateway blocks using a command in Bedrock edition. This command should also allow the NBT data to be customized in order to allow custom locations to be set. This would be very useful for multiplayer servers/realms and should only require minor editing to existing code in the game.
