So Mojang you know when you are in a fight and try to swim away but you are too slow?
Well what if you created a new enchantment called Flowing, it can go up to level 3 and what it does is if you enchant your leggings and boots with it then it will allow you to swim through the water at faster speeds, so it can be used to get around fast or to escape mobs or players
