/gamerule AllowEndAccess

Hey!

I've used to host an smp in the past, but theres 1 thing that I've had problems with.

The issue I had was trying to make the enderdragon bossfight an event, where everyone can enter the end together. But there's always people who don't respect said rule, leaving me without much I can do about that except for banning the players.

So I've come up with a suggestion, a simple gamerule!

/gamerule AllowEndAccess true/false

The gamerule name itself reveals what I mean! This could either not allow ender eye placement for the portal frames, or the better option would probably be that it'd remove the end portal blocks functionality!

If this is a problem that is rare, and other smps don't have it, I apologize for wasting your time reading this!
