New UI doesn't support formatting codes on Pocket Edition.

On Pocket Edition, whenever I want to add formatting codes in my world name, it appears as plain text on the new "Worlds" menu. Example: My world is named "§lHardcore".  On the old UI, the text appeared bold. On the new UI though, it's just normal text instead of bold text, so this kinda annoys me because the details doesn't appear like how it should have in the old interface. So pls change this!

    Ore UI has an open source project on github, which may be to prepare for future customization, but I think we can synchronize some functions of json UI to Ore UI first. First, we can add color coding support for "§"characters in Ore UI and other functions.
