New mob and beacon ideas

A new mob called the bubbles would be an underwater blaze that shoots jet streams at you that drops its rod and a bubbles stone (I don't have any idea what the rods would do so you could give me ideas). Blazes and breezes now also drop their stones. If you place the 3 stone on the top layer (in any orientation) and 6 basalt on the bottom in a crafting table you can craft a guardian ruin (not to be confused with the mob the guardian) if you place two basalt up, one basalt on each side and a guardian ruin in the middle you can make a guardian shrine giving you three beacon effects Night vision, Absorption and health boost (maybe it could also use haste and water breathing too)
