Shear leaf blocks to stop falling leaves

A simple change so that if you want to reduce the leaves that fall to the ground from leaf blocks, make it so you can shear leaf blocks so that it stops them from producing leaf particles/dropping leaves, like how you can shear glow berry vines and stop them from growing

    I'd like this. I use leaf blocks indoors and this would be a welcome method of stopping the particles
