Fireflies should flicker

As of right now with the implementation of the firefly bush, the (firefly) particle only lights up once and disappear which does not look believable.
The fireflies should flicker from time to time as they do in real life and as demonstrated when they were first shown off. 
They look like any other 1 dot particle in the game, such as the basalt delta ash particles.
