Add ability to infinitely scroll worlds list in new world select menu

In the new/upcoming world select menu, the UI uses pagination for the list of worlds (the total list of worlds is separated into pages and you must click on a page to load that portion of the list). My kids prefer an infinitely scrolling single page, as the current/old world select menu uses.

I suggest one of the following:

• Add options for how many worlds to show per page (including an option for "all")
• Allow user to continue to use the existing world select menu if they prefer (menu option)
