Villager to Sell Concrete

Add a villager that sells concrete, like one that sells terracotta, and here's a great reason why:

You need to place a block of concrete powder next to water to turn it into concrete, then destroy that same concrete block to place it elsewhere.

I'm sure you can see how annoying and discouraging that is for players, especially those wanting to use concrete for large builds, like a city, because of how much time and effort is required to get concrete blocks.

Maybe the same villager that sells terracotta can also sell the same color concrete as the terracotta being sold. This will be better for players.
