Dyed Sheep Color Accessibility

I would love to be able to modify the colors of dyed sheep through a resource pack.

Currently, all I can access is the white wool in sheep.png, sheep_wool.png, and sheep_wool_undercoat.png. This is too limited.

I have a pack that uses different shades than the default wool blocks, and would like the sheep themselves to be consistent with this.

On the same topic, we should also have access to other hard coded colors, like for enderman particles, and placed redstone dust.
