Eyes on spawn eggs

Hi, new spawn eggs are good, but, simply, why the spawn eggs haven't got the eyes, like the creeper spawn egg has? Please, add the eyes in every egg, because, to be honest, the eggs without eyes are quite strange...

    Yeah it's creepy. Especially for mobs with two-pixel eyes
