Change the volume of the newer music (1.16+) to match the volume of C418's

The music from 1.16 and beyond is way louder than the classic music which makes playing with music on very jarring as you have to constantly adjust the volume. The upcoming drop is all about ambience and I'd argue to that music is a very important part of that, so this would be the perfect drop to fix this.
