Sloped River Biome Generation

Having the river world generation have more elevation would add a lot to the ambience. Where the start of the rivers could start in the mountains, and slowly make its way to the ocean. No water physics needs to change, just the generation of the rivers and valleys.

  what if there was a new carver type other than canyon, cave, or nether cave; and was specifically named "river" as a type of carver, exactly for that reason. we could keep the legacy rivers in some aspect by reframing them as "valleys" and possibly keeping the frozen river as is for tranportation. the lake part could be a separate feature, but seems like a good fit for what a carver is and does (i think lol).

  speaking of the boats on ice. there could be some overhaul to the boat to make the ice boat less janky, right after adding the ability for boats to smoothly go up waterfalls vertically with enough speed and angle. just imagine the all rollercosters, parkour, racing, and etc we could build!
