If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

village spawn rate nerf

currently villages are a bit too common. as in if you go to chunkbase and zoom out to the farthest it will let you see a village you cannot see any land. so maybe make villages like 750-1000 blocks out.
