More mob variants

Currently Minecraft are adding warm and cold pig, cow and chicken variants which is great work (well done Minecraft)! So why not add variants to other mobs. Most mobs should have at least 2 variants (especially zombies, husks and drowned). If Minecraft ever bring back the moobloom then it could have variants for all the flower variants.
