make a big big book o' rules for this site

the site's rules are fine as is, but its not fine when the rules are split between 3 different areticals on the site, causing confusion when you read and obey the rules and yet gets deleted for no reason... or is there? when you find the rule you broke its annoying to know that the post is gone because of the fact no one thinks "great feedback" is a ruleset. so the site should have one area called "rules" for what you can and cannot post,
