Cactus destruction fix

I'm not really sure if this I a bug or not, but either way I really think this should be changed in this drop. Not only does this make it needlessly harder to collect the new cactus flowers, it also has cost numerous players their hard earned resources and tools if they accidentally dropped them on a cactus. Lava and fire make sense for being used a garbage disposal for unwanted items, but cactus doesn't need to fill that role. This current behavior currently causes far more damage to gameplay than helping it.

    or make only a few items are destroyed when dropped on cactus. i don't know which.
