I know this may not sound like this fits the drop at first, but I really think that adding these naturally generated blocks would help to make some of Minecraft's older (and in some cases newer) structures feel far more ancient, lived in, and slightly more modernized and believable/immersive for players.
First of all cracked bricks would generate in plains villages, ocean ruins, and trail ruins.
Cracked mud bricks would also generate in trail ruins.
Cracked tuff bricks would generate in trail chambers or maybe even be craftable with the trial chambers remaining pristine.
Cracked prismarine bricks and crack dark prismarine would really help to make the monuments feel more ancient.
Likewise, cracked end bricks and cracked purpur would really help the end cities feel like actual ancient structures.
Cracked red nether bricks should just be craftable. Speaking of red nether bricks, I think I really good way to show new players that they exist while still respecting the overall design of the nether fortress would be to just replace the floors of these structure with red nether bricks and maybe having the undersides of these paths also be made of them. They could also go down the sides of the towers in these lines to add further visual interest to this single color structure.
